2.2 Spaced repetition learning data

Decks, flashcards, notes, and other study content you create or upload.
Review ratings (Again, Hard, Good, Easy), response time, and review completion timestamps.
Scheduling signals such as due dates, intervals, and retention-related model outputs.
Progress data such as streaks, completion rates, and mastery trends.

2.3 Device, diagnostics, and usage data

Device type, operating system, app/browser version, IP-derived region, and language settings.
Performance and stability logs such as errors, crashes, and latency metrics.

3. Analytics and Tracking (PostHog + Firebase Analytics)

We use PostHog and Firebase Analytics to understand product usage, improve learning outcomes, detect issues, and measure adoption of features. We do not sell personal data.

We share data only with service providers needed to run Floww, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics (including PostHog and Firebase Analytics), customer support, and security vendors.

These providers process data under contractual obligations and are not allowed to use your data for unrelated purposes.

Account and learning records are retained while your account remains active.
Some billing, security, and audit records are retained as required by law.
On deletion requests, we remove or anonymize eligible data within reasonable operational timelines.
