Floww is owned and operated by SK Golam Hosen.
Floww provides subscription-based access to digital learning resources, including flashcards, revision materials, question practice, mock tests, video learning resources where available, and interactive study tools for medical students.
Refund requests can be sent to [email protected]. Please include the email address used for the purchase, payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Refunds are reviewed according to applicable law, payment gateway rules, and the nature of the digital service purchased. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
