Floww is a study and revision platform, not a medical device, healthcare service, or academic authority.

  • Our spaced repetition recommendations are informational and do not guarantee exam outcomes.
  • Any AI-generated or algorithmic suggestions may contain errors and require user judgment.
  • You remain responsible for verifying important facts from reliable medical and academic sources.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

  • Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the terms shown at checkout.
  • Fees, renewals, and cancellation windows are shown in-product and may vary by plan.
  • Refund decisions, if any, are subject to applicable law and published billing terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Floww, our branding, design, and software are protected by applicable IP laws.
  • You retain ownership of the study content you create, subject to rights needed to operate Floww.
  • We may use anonymized and aggregated learning metrics to improve product quality and model performance.

8. Product Analytics and Tracking

Floww uses PostHog and Firebase Analytics to measure feature usage, reliability, onboarding conversion, and study behavior trends. This includes events such as page views, review completions, streak milestones, and subscription lifecycle events.

By using Floww, you acknowledge this analytics processing as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies and device settings where applicable.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users and platform security. You may stop using Floww at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
