This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains our policies and procedures regarding cancellations, refunds, and subscription management for Floww services. We want to ensure transparency in our billing practices and provide you with clear information about your options.
2. Free Trial
Floww offers a 7-day free trial for our premium plan. During this period, you can explore all premium features without being charged. If you decide not to continue with the premium plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be billed according to your selected plan.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period
- After the current billing cycle ends, your account will automatically revert to the free plan
- You will retain access to any data and content you've created, but premium features will no longer be available
4. Refund Policy
Floww offers refunds under the following circumstances:
Full Refunds
- If you were charged after canceling your subscription before the trial period ended
- If you experience significant technical issues that prevent access to our services for an extended period (7+ days)
- If you were billed multiple times in error
- If you request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund policy
Partial Refunds
- For service outages or technical issues lasting 3-7 days, we may provide partial refunds or service credits
- In special circumstances where our service did not meet reasonable expectations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion
Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation after the trial period has ended and billing has occurred
- Non-use of the service after purchase
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- If the account has violated our Terms of Service
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@floww.website with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant order numbers or transaction IDs
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours, and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
6. Payment Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
7. Plan Changes and Upgrades
When you upgrade from a monthly to a yearly plan, we will prorate the remaining time on your current subscription and apply it to your new plan.
When downgrading from a yearly to a monthly plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
